Sleep Apnea Testing Request

RHS employs a large network of Registered Sleep and Respiratory Clinicians trained in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients suffering from snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, and other sleep disordered breathing. 

If you suspect you may be suffering from a sleep disorder, we would be pleased to schedule you for an assessment with one of our clinicians at any one of our locations throughout Canada. Please note a prescription from a physician is required prior to participating in an in-home sleep test and before undergoing treatment.  We would be pleased to provide you with the required documentation that you may take to your physician for review.  These forms may also be found through our Referral Forms tab located on the left side of our main page.  

Please also note that in Ontario all sleep testing is done in a sleep lab and while we are unable to facilitate your testing, we would be pleased to assist you in finding a suitable sleep lab and with treatment if required.
